Tier 3 South Yorkshire news.

Hello all!
23/10/2020

From tomorrow Sheffield enters the highest tier for Covid 19. As a result we have to make some changes to how we do things.

For now we blessedly remain open and our days and hours of opening remain the same.

Tues – Sat inclusive 9.30 to 5.

As before we will ask you to sanitize on entry and wear a mask whilst visiting us. Now we will also ask you to refrain from visiting with more than one person from your household. (No more than two people together and both must be from the same household).

Please observe social distancing at all times. You’ll notice tape markings on the floor in front of our counter – please keep to the right side of the tape at all times and maintain your distance from staff and other customers.

We’re also limiting the number of people that enter the store and so we are having to stop people calling for social reasons. We love our customers calling in for a chat and a coffee but at the moment this can negatively impact on us by preventing other customers getting into the store.

All demonstrations must be by appointment. You can call us on 0114 2756048, email sales@moorgateacoustics.co.uk or message us via facebook.

Sadly if you’re bringing anything in for service or set up we must now insist you leave it with us. We’ll turn it around as quickly as possible of course.

We will also be stepping up our cleaning regime in order to keep Moorgate a safe place for us all.

Our website and eBay store are free from any of these limitations. We’re also available on the telephone and online should you require help and advice.

No photo description available.

We don’t like making these changes. We want you to enjoy your visits as much as we enjoy seeing you – but we have to respond to government advice and legislation.

Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support. Let’s hope for better days soon.
