Rega - Rega Audio - Rega Turntable Rega are a British company based in Southampton-On-Sea. They are the largest and best known turntable manufacturer in the UK. Never afraid of doing things differently Rega Audio is singular, unusual and high performance.

Rega are best known as the manufacturer of Rega Turntables. Their simple engineering solutions, lifetime warranty and clever styling have provided them with a well-earned place in turntable owners’ affections. Anyone who is serious about vinyl either owns one or lusts after one.
The Rega P1 The most affordable turntable Rega have ever produced; the P1 still uses many design elements from the more expensive models. The P1 also comes ready-fitted with a cartridge and proves that you don’t need loads of dosh to afford a cracking record player.
The Rega P2 The Rega P2 comes with an improved tone-arm and a heavier and stabilised 22mm platter, which provides greater speed stability. The Rega Bias 2 cartridge is recommended but not provided.
The Rega P3-24 Far more substantial are the improvements made to the Rega P3-24. Platter, tone-arm, plinth material, motor…the list goes on. The end result is a turntable that can proudly claim to be the ancestor of the Planar 3 turntable. The Rega P3-24 is supplied without cartridge but is ideally suited to the Bias 2 or the Elys 2.
The Rega P5 The P5 is a turntable born from the legacy of the P25. The P5 celebrates over 30 years of Rega precision crafting specialist hi-fi in Britain. And subsequently combines everything that Rega stands for, which is simply, giving you the best product in terms of quality and style at the best possible price! The P5 utilises idea's and engineering techniques used on our more expensive turntables; the aluminium surround, its complex CNC machined skeletal low mass micro-fibre plinth. It also borrows the RB700 tone-arm from its bigger bother - the P7.
The Glass platter of the P5 is hand crafted from floated plate glass 12mm in thickness. This makes for a superb platter material which provides stability and assists in the isolation of record information against other sounds (i.e. /knocking or vibrations) and also provides excellent speed stability; thus providing increased sonic enjoyment.
