We’ll be closed to customers from Thursday the 5th of November. I hope you know that we don’t find these actions easy and it goes against the grain of looking after customers in-store for almost 40 years.
The good news is that we will remain in-store and online and will continue to answer the phone, emails and respond to online enquiries; just as we did in the previous lock-down. We will continue to ship your orders, look after your record players and we will enable safe click and collect. More details to follow.
My father started the business. You can see him in the image bellow. As a family run business we value our customers and intend to continue to look after them however we can.
Coming as this did at the end of a fantastic couple of weeks trading we’re a little frustrated but not entirely surprised.
Now is also a good time to join the Moorgate forum.
We’ll be adding a lot of stock to our website and will serve you anyway we can. We can also offer Click And Collect, as well as normal shipping using our couriers.
